Thank you for choosing Ocean Villas as your travel destination.  We are located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina at approximately MP 16 in Nags Head, NC on the beach road.   Our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean is just over the on-site sand dune and can be easily accessed via the walkover. The beach access is private and available to Ocean Villas owners and guest only. 

We are a small eight villa resort, with all villas being ground level. Ocean Villas is managed by the Homeowner Association Board of Directors.  Recreation for the whole family including fishing, swimming, and surfing. Ocean Villas is conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants; Jeanette’s Fishing pier and local shops including Nags Head Outlet Mall.

Our dunes are federally protected – stay off the dunes, $500 fine for violations. 

NO PETS on the premises, NO SMOKING in the villas, the enclosed pool area, the playground area or beach walkover area.
