We are a "self-managed" small eight villa resort with five elected owners to serve as Board of Directors.  Most owners volunteer to help maintain the standards of the resort and assist with maintenance whenever possible.  If you are interested in joining our OV Homeowner Association, we currently have availability in Feb., Mar., Apr., Oct., Nov. and Dec.

The below chart represents available units/weeks currently in possession by Ocean Villas. These weeks are available to any current owner or first time owner for the nominal charges required to perform deed prep/processing and recording with Dare County, currently $80. The new owner will then be responsible going forward to pay the annual Maintenance Fee.
