Amenities

The villa

Each Villa has a full kitchen, stacking washer/dryer, flat screen TV’s, DVD players, free WIFI, private patio and on-site parking. All full-sized, good quality appliances. Kitchens include complete dinnerware, silverware and glassware. Food preparation includes skillets, cooking utensils, baking sheet, pizza pan, blender, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker (with permanent filter basket) and microwave. Basic amenities prove to be more than adequate to prepare everything from toast in the a.m. to a full course meal in the p.m.

The Welcome basket in each villa includes hand soap, toilet tissue, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels & trash bags. The items in the hospitality basket are issued as a courtesy and will not be replenished.

One set of linens is provided for each bed. Linens, blanket, and pillows for the pullout sofa are located on the closet shelf. One set of towels is provided for the maximum number of guests allowed in each unit (6 sets in a 2BR and 4 sets in a 1BR). You may purchase additional supplies at local stores if needed.

FISH CLEANING STATION - LOCATED CONVENIENTLY ON PROPERTY NEAR OV OFFICE

Each Villa has access to shared outside lawn seating, charcoal grills, picnic tables, playground equipment, swimming pool and the emergency on-site telephone (located on the pool shed) for Police, Fire and Rescue.

The swimming pool opens May 1st and closes October 31st Pool hours are 9 AM to 9PM. NO lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Children under 12 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. The pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area.

NO GLASS in the pool area.
NO SMOKING in or around the pool area.
NO SMOKING in or around the playground area.
NO SMOKING in or around the walkover on the beach deck.
Towels are NOT provided for the pool or beach. Do not remove towels from the villas.
Horseshoes pits are located in the area adjacent to Villa’s 7 & 9 common area. Corn hole boards are stored behind the pool shed. Please return to pool shed after use.
The fish cleaning station is located by the entrance driveway. Conveniently located next to the waste disposal dumpster.
